Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have the following policies in place: A 25% non - refundable deposits is required at  the time of booking, this charge will be applied to the overall cost of  the services provided.

 

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 25% charge of the scheduled service price.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price.

2. Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment is subject to a 25% rebooking fee.

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule, and a 50% charge will apply.

4. Emergency Cancellations

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

5. Refunds

  • Payments for canceled or missed appointments are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit under special circumstances.
